Study/Volunteer Abroad
For the 2019-20 school year, the world language department was excited to promote its fifth year of study/volunteer abroad! After a very successful first four years with nearly 60 students participating, we provided travel opportunities to Spain, France, and Costa Rica. Carmel Catholic partners with International Studies Abroad (ISA)/Worldstrides to offer these opportunities to our students and faculty. This summer, the World Language Department is pleased to continue offering two language immersion travel opportunities to Spain and France.

WHAT AN ISA/WORLDSTRIDES TRIP CAN DO FOR YOU
Students in both travel programs will participate in language and cultural classes throughout their trip and receive a transcript and college credit. Students traveling to Spain will also complete a service project!- There will be one Carmel Catholic teacher for every nine students that attend.
- These trips are not sponsored by Carmel Catholic High School, but rather by ISA/Worldstrides. This means that Carmel Catholic teachers are an extra layer of comfort for students and parents on top of what ISA/Worldstrides already provides (a full-time staff of professionals who work to ensure a safe and enriching experience for your student).
