We are excited to share an opportunity for students entering grades 7-12 interested in STEM, innovation, and entrepreneurship: the HWICS AI Startup Project, a 3-day program hosted by Harvard Undergraduate Women in Computer Science (HWICS).
Designed as an immersive startup boot camp, the program guides students through the full product development process—from identifying real-world problems to building and pitching an AI-powered solution. Students gain hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, Replit, and other AI-assisted platforms to create a working prototype.
The program helps students build confidence in STEM, explore emerging technologies, and see themselves as future innovators. By the end, students leave with a functional MVP and a pitch deck that reflect real-world skills in AI, design, and entrepreneurship.
