Huge shoutout to Cadence, our CCHS show choir, for all their success in the Chicagoland Showcase Show Choir Competition on March 7! They swept their division with a 1st place finish, plus awards for Best Vocals and Best Choreography! Congratulations to senior Lily Rojas for being named Cadence’s Best Performer of the day! The winning streak continued in the solo circuit. Senior Claire Haran placed in the top two out of 50 singers! She scored a scholarship and the incredible honor of opening the Finals with her solo. Congratulations to Claire, Lily, and every talented and dedicated member of the group! We are so proud of you, Cadence!
