The Corsairs (6-3, 2-1), who trailed 17-0 at halftime, scored 38 unanswered points to down the host Spartans in the final game of the regular season. The win moved Carmel Catholic into a three-way-tie for first place in the ESCC-CCL Purple Division standings, and earned the Corsairs a berth in the IHSA State Playoffs for the first time since 2016.
