Students Are Involved
The student experience is enhanced by countless activities both inside and outside the classroom, including fine arts, athletics, fundraisers and social events.
We are thrilled that over 100 of our 1974 classmates returned for their 50th reunion on June 8th! The reunion committee did a fantastic job planning a fun-filled weekend including a golf outing at Countryside Golf Club and an ice breaker on Friday, reunion at Carmel Catholic on Saturday, and breakfast at Crossroads on Sunday.
With boundless joy and gratitude, we celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2024 as they graduate from our Carmel Catholic community. They have embraced their Christ-centered education, cultivated servant leadership and shined brightly in our rich traditions. As they venture forth to colleges and universities across the country, our prayers and blessings will embrace their path.
Congratulations to Carmel Catholic's 2024 East Suburban Catholic Conference All-Conference award winners. These young men and women represent the Corsair Community on the fields, the courts, and the track, and we are extraordinarily proud of their accomplishments. In total, our nine Spring Sports teams produced 44 ESCC All-Conference Baseball, Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Track & Field, Boys Tennis, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, and Softball award winners.
At the end of May, seven Carmel Catholic Boys Track & Field members competed in the Finals of the 2024 IHSA Class 2A Track & Field Championships, held at Eastern Illinois University.
Congratulations to the 11 senior dancers who graduated with Honors through the National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) in conjunction with the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO).
Carmel Catholic students recently graduated from Advocate Condell Medical Center's Penwasciz Program, a selective volunteer medical internship program for juniors and seniors to experience firsthand what healthcare professionals do in their day-to-day work.
Congratulations to Noah Green on earning a perfect score of 36 on the ACT. This is the highest possible score a student can achieve on the test, with just 0.25% of all test takers reaching this accomplishment.
