Services Available to the Carmel Catholic Community through the Business Office
Registrar
The functions of the Registrar's Office are to:

Process and maintain academic records--permanent records from 1966 to the present and immunization records from 1989 to the present.

Maintain enrollment statistics
-
Mail report cards
-
Publish the Honor Roll
-
Sign driver education forms and, when appropriate, sign Good Student Discount forms for car insurance

Prepare official transcripts. See below.
Current Seniors:

Apply online using the common application or the college's own application from their web site.

Set up your account at Parchment, www.parchment.com, to send your official Carmel transcript. The transcript will NOT include ADT or SAT scores.

Go to the appropriate web site, www.actstudent.org for ACT, or www.collegeboard.org for SAT, and send exam scores to your colleges.

Application is mailed to the college/university.
Former students:
If you graduated in 2010 or later, you may send an official transcript through Parchment, formerly named Docufide. Register at www.parchment.com. Indicate your year of graduation, and request your transcript.
If you graduated before 2010, contact the Registrar's Office and provide the following information:

Your year of graduation or date of last attendance if you did not graduate from Carmel Catholic.

Your full legal name at the time of attendance.

The name and address of the college, potential employer, or scholarship committee to whom the transcript is to be sent.

Payment of a $5.00 fee: by check--payable to Carmel Catholic High School and mailed attn: Registrar or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover card only)--information needed: kind of card, card holder's name as printed on the card, card number, date of expiration, 3-digit security code on the back of the card, card holder's billing address, zip code and your daytime phone number. If the request is sent via e-mail, please put the words, "Transcript Request," in the subject line.
