The Board of Directors approves tuition annually. There are additional fees for athletics, certain classes, course materials, and some clubs. Carmel Catholic High School’s tuition for the 2017-18 school year is $11,650.
There are three payment plans available.
- Paid In full: if you pay by July 1, you will receive $100 off. A statement will be mailed at the beginning of June.
- Two payment plan: payment is due at the beginning of each semester (July and December). A statement will be mailed at the beginning of June and November.
- Monthly payment plan: payments are processed via a bank draft by FACTS Management Company and budgeted over ten months from July through April. The total tuition includes a $75 finance charge from the school. In addition, a non-refundable $30 service charge from FACTS will be charged to your account in June. A statement listing the charges and monthly payment amount will be mailed in June.
Course fees and other charges will be billed to the student tuition account. If applicable, scholarships and financial aid will be deducted evenly from each payment.
A Tuition Preference Form must be completed to elect your payment plan. If a student withdraws during the school year, tuition will be prorated by taking the number of weeks the student attended school, adding four weeks and then dividing the total by the number of weeks in the school year.

Carmel Catholic High School is able to offer financial assistance to families who qualify. All families must complete an online application every year to be considered for financial aid. Current Carmel students and registered incoming students may apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. If possible, please submit your application by April 1, 2017.
Financial Aid applications completed by early April will be reviewed for consideration first and this may enhance your chances for receiving financial aid. The result of the applications will be sent to Carmel Catholic and notification letters will be mailed in early June.
Only students who have completed the registration process at Carmel Catholic can be considered for financial aid.
Please read the instructions carefully, complete the online application and mail or fax the supporting documentation. The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment charges a processing fee of $30.00.
