Transfer Admissions

Carmel Catholic High School is currently accepting applications for transfers currently in grades 9, 10 or 11. Senior year transfers are limited to students currently enrolled at a Catholic high school. Step-by-step instructions and additional guidance can be found below, and our Admissions team is available to answer questions or provide assistance.
Step 1: Apply Online
Prospective students must complete an application for admission. If you are new to Carmel Catholic High School, you will first be asked to complete an inquiry form. Once your inquiry has been processed by our team, an email will be sent with a link to the CCHS Admissions Portal, where you will be able to submit a formal application.
Step 2: Submit Student Records
Applicants must submit student records to the Carmel Catholic Admissions Office for review. Families should download Records Release Form and complete all required fields before submitting to their student's current school for processing. Requested documents include:
  • High school transcript
  • Standardized test scores
  • Discipline records, if applicable
  • Support service documents, if applicable
