Instruction Page

Please read the following instructions thoroughly prior to completing the online application.  If you are able to print this page, you are encouraged to do so.

*** You must have a valid and active email address in order to complete the online application. American Express is not accepted at this time.

***  The application fee (which is comprised of both a registration fee and tuition deposit) of $340 is non-refundable.  The ONLY exception to this policy is when a student is denied admission to CCHS by the Admission's Committee.

Step 1 – At the bottom of this web page you will see a button that says “Apply Now”.  Please click on the “Apply Now” button.

Step 2 – After clicking on the “Apply Now” button, you will be taken to the application’s online payment form.  Please fill this form out completely.  Be sure to use your active email address when filling out the area that asks for “parent/guardian email”.  Once the payment form has been completely filled out, click “submit”.

Step 3 – Once you click “submit”, you will be taken to a web page that tells you the status of the transaction.  It will indicate whether or not the transaction has been approved.  If the transaction is approved, your credit card will report a $340.00 charge for the application payment.  If the transaction is not approved, your credit card will not report a $340.00 charge for the application payment.  At that point you should contact your credit card company directly to see if there is a processing problem on their end, or you should try another credit card.

Step 4 – Once you have received approval on your transaction, the active email address that you entered on the payment form will receive an electronic receipt.  On that receipt, you will find a link to the CCHS online application.  At this time, please login to your email account and open the email with the subject “Carmel Catholic High School payment approval”.  Once you are in that email, click on the link that will direct you to the online application. 

***If you click on the link and it does not direct you to the online application, you should copy and paste it into the address bar of your web browser.

Step 5 – Once you have clicked on the link that was included on your receipt, you will have access to the Carmel Catholic High School online application.  Please be thorough when filling in the information.
